Don't have a lot of time? This endurance class uses metabolic conditioning to give you a high intensity circuit training workout in only 30 minutes. You'll start each round with three minutes of strength exercises, two minutes of cardio, and finish with one minute of Pilates core exercises. Improve stability, strength and power in a challenging, motivating environment!
