This cardio/plyometrics/pilates combination is every bit as fun as it sounds. Designed to build speed and power through activation of the fast twitch muscle fibers, this routine is a great alternative for a low-impact cardio workout. Expect to jump, kick, press, lift and rotate to fatigue for the ultimate sweat sesh!
