WHERE TO START

We are incredibly passionate about sharing Pilates with newbies! THE DAILY foundations is a traditional fifty-five minute Pilates Reformer class that we designed specifically for beginners or those looking for a more mindful, slower paced practice. With special attention to proper alignment, this low impact workout will carefully introduce reformer exercises to help build strength, develop flexibility, and release stress for the ultimate mind/body experience. For those looking for a more personalized experience we offer private sessions as well!

OUR SIGNATURE CLASS

SCULPT, our signature Pilates Reformer class combines the most effective classical exercises with modern sports science for the latest in resistance training. Prepare for fifty-five minutes of lengthening, muscle quivering routines, choreographed to upbeat music for a fun, happiness-boosting experience. Leave feeling totally refreshed and reformed!

WHY HIIT?

 HIIT has been shown to be incredibly effective at burning fat and speeding up metabolism. Fusion training at its best, our HIIT classes involve quick bursts with shorts rests for a full-body workout without the use of heavy weights. Our creative, athletic classes uniquely blend suspension training, body weight exercises, battle ropes, gliders, intense Pilates core work, and so much more for the most efficient and balanced workouts. Every class is different to ensure visible physical changes that will leave you feeling stronger all over, taking your fitness to the next level!
